Last weekend we just relaxed and got some stuff done around the house. This weekend will be pretty much the same. So, we are back to our boring married selves now that the holidays are over. Anyone want to come visit??
About Me
- Leslie Robus
- I am a mother of two great and very different little girls and a wife of a great man. We try to live our lives to glorify God. Hendersonville, TN (just north of Nashville)is where we call home. John and I both love SEC football...just two different teams. Baseball is my favorite, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. We both cherish those close to us and strive to love God to our best ability daily.

So...its been a while
Blogger is taking forever to upload my pics. So you only get the one. A few weekds ago our friends Trey & Brittney Otey came up to see us. They did live in the Lou about a year ago, but moved back to Memphis and left us. Brittney and I went to see Wicked...which by the way is amazing. I loved it and so did she.
Then the next weekend we were in Little Rock to spend some time with John's family. I have pictures (of course), but I will put them on here later.

Congrats to my Brother
He graduated before Christmas, but I am just now getting to posting about it. He graduated w/ an Accounting degree and started an internship last week! Congratulations, Bubba. We are very proud of you.
After Graduating we had dinner at outback w/ our family and Matt's roommates family.
Sunday we had a graduation/Christmas party (since John and I wouldn't be in TN for Christmas). Here is Matthew and our cousin, Allie.
Me and Eli. Can anyone else tell that I love this little boy!

Merry Christmas
John's parents came to St. Louis to celebrate Christmas this year. John wasn't able to take any time off so we couldn't go anywhere. It was great. We loved having Christmas at our place!! I even cooked Christmas dinner/lunch....with Elaine's help of course and it was really good!!
John and I - Christmas Eve after church.
Opening gifts and other Christmas doings .... the flowers are from my mom and dad for our table at dinner. 12.19.2007
Andrea's Wedding
Andrea (my lifelong friend....seriously we were born only a few days apart in the same hospital and went to elementary school together) was married to Derrick this past weekend. The wedding was beautiful and very fitting for Andy! The are such a wonderful couple...

Traveling again
We are headed to Nashville tonight so that we can be there for my brother's college graduation tomorrow. My little bro isn't so little anymore (actually he hasn't been for a while now). Saturday is another wedding (#9 for the year) and Sunday is an early Christmas celebration with my family.
There will be lots of pictures...you know me!!

Lots Going on for the Robi
So it has been a while...and things are very busy for us. I have finished all the Christmas decorations (actually I did a week ago). John's parents came to visit last weekend and I was in a wedding this weekend. Amy was my college roommate and sorority sister. It was a wonderful wedding and we had fun with friends!
Now on to the wedding.
All the bridesmaids!
Just a cute pic before he got to see her during the ceremony.
The ceremony - exchanging rings.
Right after the ceremony...look at how big their grins are. I have never seen two people happier to be married! They are adorable.
The whole wedding party
Cutting the LITTLE DEBBIE cake....seriously it was so cute and the groom did it!

Thanksgiving & More
John and I were in Nashville for the holiday. We left Tuesday evening and spent Thanksgiving with all my family.
Wednesday night was Tgiving dinner w/ my mom's family. We ate lots of yummy food and played Wii. My 5 year old cousin, Emma, was better than my mom! :-)
The cutest little boy I know - Eli.
Friday was shopping (and my mom and I babysat my little cousin Lilly)- Saturday was shopping - and Sunday was shopping. We somehow managed to take Saturday night to eat at Wendy's and go see Fred Claus....good movie.
Here is Emma w/ Wendy hair

Megan, me, Emma & Sydney all in the same chair. Aren't we cute!
Thursday we spent w/ my dad's side of the family. There aren't many pics from there (except for the 20 I took of Eli). Sadly, John had to head back to St. Louis to be at work on Friday. However, I stayed behind to do some shopping!

So - now that that is out of the way. What about the football this weekend. Arkansas beats LSU in overtime, TN beats Kentucky in overtime to go to the SEC Championship game, and Mizzou beats Kansas to be #1 in the nation. What a great football weekend! Then Huston Nutt gets canned - or quit - or whatever you want to say. I love football!!!
