About Me

My photo
I am a mother of two great and very different little girls and a wife of a great man. We try to live our lives to glorify God. Hendersonville, TN (just north of Nashville)is where we call home. John and I both love SEC football...just two different teams. Baseball is my favorite, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. We both cherish those close to us and strive to love God to our best ability daily.

Some time off work

So...it has been a while. Sorry 'bout that. We are actually in Hendersonville now. We came down here for the weekend and some additional time with family and friends.

Saturday we went to the Arkansas VS Vanderbilt football game. Thank goodness the Razorbacks pulled it off b/c it would have not been a good rest of the trip. Then we spent some time with family that night. Sunday we went to church b/c my cousin Lily was getting dedicated. So precious. The to lunch at the Red Lobster...then home to change clothes....then to anthoer cousin, Chad's, baseball game...then to more cousin's soccer games and then back home with mom and dad. Don't worry b/c I have pictures of it ALL and they will be coming once we return to the Lou.

Now we are here through Wednesday b/c my cousin Kacie is having her baby in the A.M. Little Eli will finally be here!!!! Many pictures of him to come too! :-)

Woo Pig Soie???

Ok so after that little stunt that John pulled on Friday, he has been banned from blogging for all of eternity. There should be some rule out in the blog-o-sphere about chaning a post like that...it shouldn't be done.

Anway, so our weekend. We went to the Razorback game (brutal) and yes I did cheer for the Hogs, but I still refuse to "Call the Hogs" and wore my UT socks to represent. We saw Mike and Audra and she feels the same way. There is just something about seeing grown men with spirit fingers. So they lost booo...but on a better note Tennessee beat Cal!!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOO for college football.

A Holiday Weekend Spent....

doing nothing better than watching COLLEGE FOOTBALL. That is right folks it is football time. Not just any football but SEC football - only the best ever!!! We are not going to just be watching the games on TV but we are going to one! Wooo Pig Soooiee - I suppose. We will be attending the Arkansas Razorbacks verses the USC Trojans. Of course I love SEC football and will go to cheer on the hogs! Hopefully this game will not be a repeat of the destruction last year. Tears were shed by many Razorback fans that night, including my husband!>

We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and enjoys some time off work! It is about time!!!

I also predict that Arkansas will dominate USC and every other team they play this year. Especially those Sorry UT Volunteer Criminals and Phat Phil Fulmer.
