Kenny Chesney

We went to the Kenny Chesney, Gretchen Wilson & Pat Green concert Saturday night. John decided that it was the best concert that he had been to. I agree that it was very good, but I don't think I can give it the best. Kenny is a great performer and seems to always have fun on the stage. All in all it was a great night. Our Bowling League

So we started bowling again on Friday. We were both excited to get back and be able to see everyone. Not only did John and I bowl great, but I was surprised with a early birthday party. The Austins brought a cake and sand Happy Birthday to me. It was embarassing and fun all together. So...John started with a 150 average and I have a 134. Not to shaby, huh? We will be keeping you updated on the season as we go!!!

I think that the best thing about living in St. Louis is going to Cardinal games all the time. John & I have been to quite a few this season. There are only 18 games left in this stadium (not including the post season baby!!!). It is pretty cool experiencing the World Series last year, the last season at the current Busch Stadium, and hopefully the first season at the new Busch Stadium. It helps that the team is awesome too.

American Cancer Society - Gala for Hope

I have been helping with this event since January, and it finally was here and now gone. The Gala for Hope was at the Chase here in St. Louis. It was wonderful. We all had a great time and can't wait to help again next year.

This is Georgia (co-chair w/me) and myself with our biggest project for the Gala, The Circle of Daisies. This was an opportunity for people to honor or remember those who have fought a battle with Cancer. We raised around $5,000 on just this.

The Weekend...

We had my Mom's side of the family to visit. We all had a blast (minus the Cards loosing the one game we all went to). Everyone we were with were Braves fans, but me and John.

After dinner at Chevy's Friday night we all went bowling. That was great.

Saturday we went to the ballgame and then to the arch that night.

We all had a blast all weekend. It makes me miss being around the fam all the time!!!

So, John & I decided that we should start keeping people updated with our lives. Especially since we are so far away from everybody. Karl and Kat inspired us with their "blog". Hope all enjoys the updates. If anyone creates their own after this let us know!!!
