About Me

My photo
I am a mother of two great and very different little girls and a wife of a great man. We try to live our lives to glorify God. Hendersonville, TN (just north of Nashville)is where we call home. John and I both love SEC football...just two different teams. Baseball is my favorite, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. We both cherish those close to us and strive to love God to our best ability daily.

Christmas is over

Well...we are back and need some extra rest. Things were very busy while in Tennessee, but we had a great time. I am going to be doing my pictures in sections. So here is the first. This was Christmas Eve Eve (that would be 12-23-06) when we did gifts with my mom, dad and brother. Good times as you can see. After we were done we went to look at Christmas lights!

This is Mom and Dad opening their "His" & "Hers" Sudoko books.
Long story, but very funny.

John got a gift from Limited Too....not really, but it was a good photo op.

The 3 "kids"

What we had to go through to get his picture was insane, but it still happened.
Note: my brother is wearing shorts 2 days before Christmas - there is something seriously wrong with that.

Everyone have a wonderful Christmas!!!

UPDATED:

Christmas Day is almost upon us. We will be headed to Nashville to spend the holiday with my family. All our shopping is done and I am on my way to finish the wrapping. The only thing missing is the cold weather. What is up with the 60-70 degree weather we have all been having. So much for a white Christmas! Have a happy Monday!

This one is more fun!!!

12.11.2006

This weekend wasn't too eventful due to the fact that I have a sinus infection. Stupid winter!!! I am feeling better. Still not at 100% but better.

Friday was my company "holiday" party. We went just long enough to say hi and eat dinner.

Saturday we dared to face the crazy Christmas shoppers at not only one mall but two. Yes that is right we went to 2 different malls. We did get some gift buying accomplished, but still have more to go.

Sunday - we did nothing.

Tonight - John is going to the Rams game and I will do some more shopping.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

SEC Championship Game

We shall not speak too much about this game. However, I will say that we still had a great time despite the loss by the Razorbacks.

We had lunch at the Varsity - there is no was to describe the craziness at this place. It holds like 800 people!

Waiting for the subway - on the way to the pre-game festivities

Just a cool picture from the pep rally

Outside the Georgia Dome

At our seats - before kickoff

This is what we woke up to this morning!! John went to work early, but I didn't have to. The journey will begin this afternoon when we have to head out toward Atlanta. It will be interesting to see how long it takes us to get out of St. Louis. Wish us luck and GO HOGS! Posted by Picasa
