Since I was too lazy last night to upload my own pictures from Thanksgiving I will steal some from my cousin. This is her little one Eli sporting the turkey day onesie (sp?). So cute and getting so big. Maybe I will have my pictures tomorrow.

And another one I stole from Kat. This is us at the tailgate before the AR/LSU game Friday. Fun tailgate, but bad game! Next - SEC Championship??? Maybe....who knows. Oh by the way, we will be at the game in Atlanta. My mom gave John a early Christmas present: ticket to THE GAME.

Thanksgiving!!

We are back from Little Rock, but still catching up on rest. We had a full 5 days and a long drive back yesterday. I will get pictures up sometime tonight! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and ate alot of food. Now it is on to Christmas!

The Big Bang

So...Brittney, Trey, John and I all went to the Big Bang Saturday night to celebrate Trey's new job and to hang out before they move. It was a very interesting night, but we all managed to have a great time.


 

Happy Friday!!!

The week is over and the next one is short!!! I am so excited for the holidays. After all it is my favorite time of year!

We don't have much planned for the weekend. Friday night is bowling as usual. Saturday and Sunday will be spent watching football mostly. Saturday night we are going out will Trey and Brittney. Trey got the job in Memphis so we are celebrating and spending some time with them before they move.

Our New Coffee Table

It has four ottomans (sp?) under it that open and have storage!! It is great and is a multi-purpose table!!! We love it!
 

This and That

*We got a new coffee table for our living room. It is wonderful having a mother who works at a furniture store and can get cool stuff. She gave it to me for a late bday and housewarming gift. I will post a pic later for all to see.

*Monday we had dinner with Brittney b/c her hubby, Trey was in Memphis for a job interview. That is right….they are considering leaving us!! But really, they want to go back to TN so GOOD LUCK TO TREY.

*Last night we went to a SLU (St. Louis University – for those of you who are St. Louisans) basketball game courtesy of my work. We got to sit in the suite – cheers for free food and beverage!! We got to see a victory, even though it was just an exhibition game. I need to learn more about basketball so that I can discuss with John.

*We leave to go to Arkansas tomorrow after work. Dare I mention the events for the weekend? We will be attending the University of Tennessee Volunteers verses the Arkansas Razorbacks @ Fayetteville. It should be a pretty good game. Plus ESPN’s Game day will be there!!!

Our Weekend...

Well....Friday started with my grandparents coming to visit. They went to bowling with us and had a blast. Saturday we got up and went to the mall to buy some Cardinals World Series Champs stuff. John got a hat and that was about it. Then we had lunch and Nana and I went to ABC Trading, which is the wonderful jewerly store here while Pa and John watched football at the condo. Then it was dinner at O'Charley's. John and I had to go to TWO surprise 30th bday parties that night too. (* note: Pictures from Angie's are below). Happy BDAY to both Chad and Angie!!! Sunday it was a late breakfast at IHOP and Nana and Pa were on the road. We had a great weekend with them and hope they come to visit again soon.

TRICK - OR - TREAT

Not a single trick-or-treater came to our place last night. How dissapointing! We had so much candy. I made John take most of it to work today b/c we don't need it all.

The new job is going well. Slow so far, but I am sure that it will pickup as I get more comfortable in the position. If anyone is in the Westport area & wants to come visit...give me a call!
