Weekend update

So we had a good weekend despite the horrible weather and everything getting canceled. There were no homecoming activities or baseball games to watch, which stunk. But b/c the games were canceled we were able to go to my cousin's 2nd bday party ( I somehow have no pictures from that though). All in all - we enjoyed our time off and spent it with friends and family!

PLAY BALL!!!

It is now baseball season - well college anyway. Matthew starts today at 1:00. WOOOHOOO. Can you tell I am excited. Here is some info on my wonderful brother!

2005 info: Team leader in several categories, including on-base percentage (.424), runs scored (58), doubles (17), stolen bases (30) and percentage (.857), plate appearances (238), and games played and started (53) Â… Hit .410 against left-handed pitchers Â… 19 multi-hit games, including seven 4-hit games.

Busy weekend

Today - leave for Jackson, TN - it would be homecoming at UNION. Yahoo for seeing old friends!!

Saturday - more homecoming activities - then drive to Hendersonville.

Sunday - Matt (my brother) is playing baseball in the 30 degree weather and ice and snow. Guess who is going to be there - yes me and John like a bunch of idiots. The things you do for family.

Monday - WE ARE OFF WORK!!! YIPPPPPEEEEEE!! Hang out with some family and friends in Hendersonville and then head back to the LOU.

We have a lot to do and quite a bit of driving, but it will be wonderful. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Finally

Ok...so I know that I haven't updated in a while. I slacked off last week and it felt good!!

This weekend was great. We saw Karl & Kat Friday night, and had a good time catching up. Saturday...we went to the grocery and rented some movies. We got Red Eye and 4 Brothers, both were pretty good. Sunday we went to church, which is like 5 miles south of our apartment. There was like 3 inches of snow there and nothing at our house. We ended up being late b/c we got off the interstate and there was about 12-15 cars that had slid b/c of the ice. It was weird that we didn't have any at the apt.

Anyway, it was a good and relaxing weekend. I will try to keep up with the updates this week.
