About Me

My photo
I am a mother of two great and very different little girls and a wife of a great man. We try to live our lives to glorify God. Hendersonville, TN (just north of Nashville)is where we call home. John and I both love SEC football...just two different teams. Baseball is my favorite, especially the St. Louis Cardinals. We both cherish those close to us and strive to love God to our best ability daily.

Week 20

Baby Robus is now a cantaloupe! Yes, we are still calling the baby "Baby Robus". We went to the doc this past week (Thursday) for an ultrasound and thought that we would walk out of there knowing if the baby was a boy or a girl. However, that was not the case. The baby was in an odd position apparently and sitting 1/2 Indian style. Therefore, there was a foot/leg in the way. :-( We were bummed, but there is nothing that we could do about it. We tried to poke around and get the baby to move, but that leg just wasn't going anywhere. I have LOTS of pictures though....I just need to scan them in. So for now...we are still waiting (July 23rd is the next try at finding out the sex).

Hey congrats on the baby! I found your blog through some other Union friends. There are so many people we graduated with that are pregnant it seems. Our baby (i'm 34 weeks now) was the same way as your little one...didn't want to show us the sex the first time we went in for the ultrasound, but 2 weeks later she showed us. Hopefully you will have the same experience. Although it would be kind of fun not to know as well I think. Hope all continues to go well for you during your pregnancy.
