Our weekend

This weekend John's parents were up here to visit and celebrate birthdays. Mine was last weekend and Elaine's was Sunday. We visited, shopped, ate lots of yummy food and cake and had a great time. Here are some pictures from Saturday before dinner.

Update on Kelsey

Here is the latest on our little girl., Kelsey Lynn (I don't think I have officially put that on the blog, but everyone already knows)....

We went to the doc last week. Well really just to the ultrasound tech. There were a few measurements that they still needed to get. We weren't complaining b/c that meant we got to see her again. All was good. They got what they needed and estimated that she was weighing 2 lbs 8 oz at the time...which is right on track. They still aren't able to tell what she might weigh at birth (though my mom for some reason thinks that she will be big - thanks). So she is doing good and so is mommy. :-)

This is funny. John makes me stand behind a wall so that all you can see is belly. I am definitely growing! :-)

Happy 50th Bday MOM!!!

So I may get killed for doing this, but today is my wonderful and beautiful Mother's 50TH Bday!!!


Here I am wishing her a great day! I couldn't ask for a better mom and hope that I can be 1/2 as wonderful as she is when I have my little girl.

Taylor's Shower

We were in Hendersonville this weekend and man it was a busy one!! We got in late Friday due to some traffic problems. The shopped all day Saturday, got home just in time to change and go to a wedding. Then Sunday it was Taylor's shower for her little girl Madison Rae...she is due to enter this world in less than 4 weeks now! :-)

John's 10 Year Reunion

We went to Little Rock this past weekend for a very past due visit with John's family! We haven't seen them since Easter when we told them we were pregnant.

Anyway, another reason we were there was for John's 10 Year High School Reunion. That is right....he is OLD! :-) We were able to see lots of friends and had a great time...well with them anyway. :-)
