Party for Baby Hills

Kat had a shower here in St. Louis a couple of weekends ago. Since I wasn't able to attend the awesome couples shower in Little Rock I went to this one. It was great...while we were showering the baby with gifts John and Karl hit the casino. Here are a couple of pics. (Kat I will send you the rest at some point! :-) ).

I'm slacking @ this blogging thing

We have been keeping busy that is for sure. We have been to a couple of Cardinals games in the past few weeks. One of which my brother and his roommate came to with us. Both of which it poured down rain before! Just bad luck I guess. Here we are at one.

We have also been to Hendersonville to see my family (I didn't take any pictures) and we visited Jeremy and Rachel and their precious twin girls, Joy & Esther.

Over the past few weeks, we have been updating our kitchen. I say updating b/c it consisted of painting both the walls and cabinets, getting new decor and buying a new stove and dish washer. The appliances will be here on Thursday - so there will be pictures after that.

Also, John starts a new job on MONDAY!! That's right folks....John will now be a head trader at a small money management company here. He is sad about leaving his current employer but the new position has great potential and big opportunities for him. He is way excited as am I! Wish is good luck and send congratulations his way!

I guess that is enough updating for now.....
